Here's me at 284 pounds today. I'd like to get back to my goal weight of 235 by the end of the year.
There's 20 weeks left in 2020 today and I need to lose about 50 pounds so that is about 2.5 pounds per week.
My energy is better at that weight and there is a big relief to my knees and back as well so I am motivated.
How am I going to do this?
Namely diet and exercise.
Eating healthier and making sure I have enough physical activity to stay in good shape.
Just use common sense and keep in mind that I am about overall mental, physical and spiritual well-being.
Anyway those are a couple physical goals.
