diet AND exercise

Updated: Jul 20, 2020

I really don't even know what that word "diet" means. Fuel I suppose.

If I am to be a working machine then I suppose there has to be some kind of fuel that I will run on.

Why do I bring this up right now?

Because I just ate a bad lunch and have heartburn. HURTS.

God is SHOUTING at me to start putting the right fuel in my body.

I LOVE Life.

I want to experience it forever. Don't you?

I love to work.

The Work, The Life, The Rest.

I don't do it for me.

That would be Hell.

I do it so that other poor souls can explore the AWE-some Cathedral of Worship for this AWE-some God that we have in Jesus Christ too.

Oh! you say... we've got that! It's called the UNIVERSE!!!

Cool.

I think I'll start exploring this AWE-some world of ours too.

For that I will need that fuel.

Oh! you say... we've got THAT too!

It is called the Bread of Life.

Available at EVERY Catholic Mass to every practicing Catholic!

Time to set sail for new lands to EXPLORE!

Conquer??? I think NOT!

Christ did that about 2000 years ago when He literally died and rose again from the dead... but there is a LOT more to that story, believe me.

He sacrificed a lot so that we would be able to enjoy this world of ours.

Time that I "cashed in" on that winning ticket I was GIVEN when I was baptized as an infant.
