I believe in journaling therapy

I thoroughly believe in the benefit of journaling out your thoughts.

I spent about 7 years filling what are known as "throw away" journals (an actual type of journal) where you get your thoughts outside of your head and onto paper where you can later read them hopefully a little more objectively.

I usually wrote for about 3 or 4 months worth of gibberish and then stopped and read all the garbage that came out of me. I said to God... "Lord, I offer you the time and effort put in to making these pen on paper strokes and pray that You some day bless me by allowing me to write something that I could share with people that would be thought provoking and uplifting."

I then tore up those noble attempts at positive self-expression which I judged at the time usually fell way short of the mark and threw them away and started fresh again with a new, blank notebook.

As you can see from this website,  God has answered my prayers over those long and often frustrating and difficult years and allowed me to publish my little first book and even get it out there on Amazon and elsewhere for sale where it can hopefully encourage someone to reach out for help.
