Climb the Hill Media is my small, personal micro-media company that I founded to promote mental health from this Catholic's perspective.
I am not a mental health professional. I am an advocate, and nothing contained on this site is a substitute for good, professional mental healthcare, should a person need that, as I have for the past thirty-three years now due to a chronic mental illness that I was diagnosed with when I was twenty-six years old.
Through this material, I will share my struggles and successes over the years to help bear witness to Christ's saving power and how good mental health care can be transformative in helping restore both sanity and humanity to those of us who carry this particular kind of cross on our journeys.

P.S. Don't worry, I do come down quite frequently from that mountaintop you see there, but oh my what a glorious view. (I've actually only driven up one real mountain, Pike's Peak, several years ago. Quite an effect it had on me.)
If only the Ascent of Mt. Carmel were so easy. Thank you, St. John of the Cross, the actual idea for the banner and image was inspired by Christ's Passion and His ascent to the Cross on Golgotha.
